And apparently it’s the end of the world because I’ve never seen it that crowded. There were huge signs in produce saying “WE HAVE NO BANANAS”. There were maybe ten loaves of bread left in the entire store, and a handful of cans of soup and beans, at best.
Bananas were actually the first thing to run out at my supermarket too… Since when did they become an emergency supply?
